Ayla Property ("Ayla", "we", "us") is a property buying and investment advisory business operating in Bali, Indonesia. This policy explains what personal data we collect through aylaproperty.com and our advertising, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

We are based in Indonesia and this policy is written to comply with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law, Law No. 27 of 2022 ("UU PDP"). If you are contacting us from outside Indonesia, your data may still be processed in Indonesia and, where relevant below, in other countries where our service providers operate.

1. Who we are

2. What personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact details you give us through a lead form, contact form, WhatsApp message, or when booking a call: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and country.
• Enquiry details you choose to share: your budget, the type of property you are interested in, your intended use (living in it, renting it out, or both), and any preferences you tell us about during a call or in messages.
• Booking details when you schedule a call through Calendly: your name, email, phone number, and the appointment time.
• Technical data collected automatically when you visit our website: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site, collected through standard analytics and advertising cookies.

Our website also includes an ROI calculator and a property matching tool. The figures and answers you enter into these tools stay in your browser to produce your result. We do not receive or store what you type into them unless you separately choose to contact us.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (health, biometric, religious, or financial account information) and ask that you do not include this in any message to us.

3. How we use your personal data

• To respond to your enquiry and answer questions about Bali property investment
• To book, confirm and remind you of calls scheduled through Calendly
• To match you with properties that fit the budget, type and goals you have told us
• To communicate with you by email, phone or WhatsApp about your enquiry or, where you have agreed to this, about new opportunities
• To measure and improve our advertising, including understanding which ads led to a genuine enquiry
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations

Where we rely on your consent, for example to send you marketing messages, you can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in any email.

4. Sharing your personal data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in the following circumstances:

• With a property developer or seller, but only your name and contact details, and only when you have asked us to arrange a viewing, request more information, or begin a negotiation on a specific property. We do not pass your details to developers speculatively.
• With service providers who help us run our business, including Calendly for scheduling calls and WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging. These providers process your data under their own privacy policies and only to the extent needed to provide the service to us.
• With advertising platforms such as Meta and Google, in aggregated or pseudonymised form, to measure the performance of our advertising and to avoid showing you ads that are not relevant to you.
• Where required by law, for example in response to a valid request from an Indonesian authority.

5. International data transfers

Some of the service providers listed above, including Calendly and Meta, are based outside Indonesia and may process your data on servers in other countries. Where this happens, we rely on those providers' contractual and security commitments to keep your data protected to a standard consistent with UU PDP.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry and contact data for as long as we have an active or reasonably prospective relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch. Where you have asked us to stop contacting you, we keep the minimum information needed to honour that request. We delete or anonymise data we no longer have a genuine business or legal reason to keep.

7. Your rights

Under UU PDP, you have the right to:

• Know what personal data we hold about you and why
• Access a copy of your personal data
• Correct personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Withdraw consent and object to processing based on consent or legitimate interest
• Ask us to delete your personal data, subject to any legal reason we may have to keep it
• Ask us to stop or restrict certain processing, including marketing
• Request your data in a portable format
• Lodge a complaint with Indonesia's data protection supervisory authority

8. Cookies and advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, to understand how the site is used, and to measure and improve advertising on platforms including Meta and Google. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Turning off non-essential cookies will not affect your ability to contact us or use the ROI calculator.

9. Children

Our services are directed at adults considering a property investment. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

10. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data we hold, including restricting who has access to enquiry data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we start using a new tool or service. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
